Warm-up (No Measure)

5 Min Run/Row/Bike

2 Min Foam Roll

2 x 1 Min Low Plank

2 x 5 YTWA’s

2 x 10 Cossack Squats

2 x 5 Squat Jumps

Level 1 Workout 2 Gymnastics (1 Rounds for reps)

Chipper

Hollow Body Holds 4 Sets 30/60s off

Free Headstand Holds 4 Sets 30/60s off

Tuck Pull To Invert 3×6

Push-Ups (30/15+)
Hollow Body – Feet Together , Hands over head

Free Headstand- Feet Together. Legs Slightly out in front of body. May use a Ab-mat

Pull-To invert- Tuck Knees to Chest .Feet Together .Use a Spotter.

Push-Ups- Chest Touches the Ground first. Hips must move with body.
